Online Purchase Terms and Conditions

This section is set for Dbeautify.com Terms and Conditions of sale. By completing a purchase with us you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

General Terms

  • Dbeautify.com carries many of the products that is displayed on our website. In some cases, merchandise on our website may be out of stock, or may be discontinued without notice.

  • Our current manufacturing lead-times average 2 Working day from the customer's order date for customised Products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 3-4 days from the customer's order date. This is dependent upon several factors including, but not restricted to: Item Quantity, Item Size/Weight, Location, & Current Stock Levels at the time of purchase after Dispatch it takes 3-7 days for delivery and it depends on Area Pincodes.

  • All prices and services featured on our website are quoted in INR, are valid and effective only in the continental INDIA.

  • Some of our products have been photographed with electronic equipment and other Home decor Products. Other Home Decor Products is not included with product purchase.

Sales Items

  • Sales item orders cannot be canceled. Sales items are final sales and may not be returned. No price adjustments are given on or due to prior sales.

Order Cancellations

  • We cannot accept order cancellations on any custom-made or custom-cut items past 5 hours after order placement.

  • We cannot accept cancellations on custom-made, custom-finished items, or custom artwork design. This includes, but is not limited to custom names and other custom text.

  • All purchases are made to order, and can not be refunded or cancelled due to time and resources allocated to the fulfilment of that item.

  • We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should review our Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us.

• This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of www.dbeautify.com website.


• By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Dbeautify if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.


• The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. • The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections to get a clear idea on how to order.


• In order to use the dbeautify.com, the user have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.


• All products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.


• The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Dbeautify.com.


• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.


• If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Dbeautify.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.


• If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he/she should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.


• Dbeautify shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from Dbeautify. Our normal delivery schedule is specifically given with the product description.


• Dbeautify attempts to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions. However, Dbeautify does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Slight color variation of outfits is possible. If a product offered by Dbeautify itself is not as described, your sole remedy as the customer is to return the item in its unused condition.


• All content included on https://dbeautify.com/ , such as text, graphics, logos, and images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Dbeautify or its content suppliers and protected by India and international copyright laws.


• The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information https://dbeautify.com/ reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or partly, https://dbeautify.com/  has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of Dbeautify and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.


• Dbeautify will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.


• Dbeautify shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organisations, manufacturers / shops etc.), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of us.


• The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.


• Dbeautify shall not entertain any complaints after 3 days, once the order is delivered.


• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.


• When you order a product from our website, you confirm us that you have read carefully and agreed to our Terms and Condition, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping policy available at the footer of the website.
